Designed for players looking to improve during the offseason, our Spring Skills sessions focus on building strong fundamentals, improving skating mechanics, and developing the individual skills needed to perform at a higher level.

Each session is built to create high-tempo, high-repetition training that helps players improve confidence, speed, puck control, and overall hockey IQ in a competitive environment.

Our goal is simple: maximize player development and prepare athletes for the upcoming season.
